- a. what’s a xoddo?

xoddo is just like you or me! he’s an expression of all the things that makes us unique (and sometimes weird). you can make one to look just like you, or have fun creating all sorts of wild combinations… there are so many combinations in fact that it’s very likely that your xoddo will be the only one of it’s kind on the planet - pretty cool huh? when you’re done playing on the web, you can order one for real. it will look exactly like what you designed, but it will be a fun stuffed pal that you can bring along everywhere. you can also put your xoddo on all kinds of things like clothes, mug, stickers hats and things... click around the site and discover what this is all about! xoddo is constantly changing so keep checking back...

- b. how do I "build" a xoddo?

building a xoddo is an exercise in trial, error, and experimentation... simply put - you click on the parts you want, move them where you want'em, or to delete it just drag the part back to the picking area where you got it.

- c. how many combinations can be made?

well, we don’t actually know, but when we do the math (using factorial & permutations calculators) we get an infinte number of combinations... so what does this mean? there’s a very good chance that your xoddo will be the only one of it’s kind on the planet. pretty cool huh?

- d. how long does it take to have my xoddo made?

Our goal is to get your Xoddo to you within 10-14 days from your order date. Xoddos are shipped via UPS & USPS as soon as they are completed. We make every effort to get your Xoddo to you as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

- e. how do you pronounce xoddo?

xoddo is a made up word so, you can call it anything you’d like, but we pronounce it “zough-dough”.

- f. what materials are used in making Xoddos?

Xoddo materials are safe and non-toxic. We use polyester fabrics for the outsides, and "all new" polyester fiber filling for the stuffing in the standard xoddos. All new non-toxic Polypropylene "pellets" are used in the beaners bodies (polyester fiber in the hands).

we make xoddos using top secret “decoder-ring” types of technology and such… sorry, that’s all we can say.

- j. can I wash my xoddo?

Yes. Stuffed Xoddos are machine washable. We recommend washing separately or with like colors, in warm or cold water, on a delicate cycle. DO NOT BLEACH. Dry on low heat. When drying you may want to throw in some other clothes or dry towels to keep the Xoddos from clinging to the walls of the dryer. Stuffed Xoddos will "puff up" when drying and may need to be "massaged" to regain their original shape.

because all xoddos are custom made to your requirements we do not accept any returns for refunds. all sales are final. we will however accept a return due to a shipping or manufacturing error. if this does happen to you please contact us for a return number, ship your xoddo back to us, and we will build you a new one with our apologies at no charge. for all of our policies regarding xoddo please click on our xoddo terms.

Xoddos are generally shipped via UPS 3-5 day, but we can ship overnight (which will get your xoddo there a couple of days earlier than standard) for an additional cost. please click on shipping options in the checkout cart when you purchase your xoddo.

- n. do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

lets talk. we can put your company or school logo and message on a bunch of xoddos for special events or giveaways. If you want more than 100 of the same xoddos at the same time, our pricing can definitely come down. if you’ve got a request we’d be glad to work something out. feel free to call or email us. we'd be happy to discuss it.

Our fees are based on a fixed rate on the first item shipped, and free shipping for up to 3 items going to the same address, at the same time, in the same order. We follow a similar policy for shipping larger orders:
Orders are shipped using U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground. Allow approximately 10-14 business days for production and delivery. Standard shipping rates are for continental U.S. orders only. Shipping on all other orders will be based on current USPS & UPS rates.
