Just design a "PumpkaXoddo"- Save it. Share it - and you'll be automatically entered for a chance to win a FREE Xoddo this Halloween!
HOW TO ENTER: Just build a "PumpkaXoddo" starting with our "special parts" bodies - either a pumpkin or mummy body - save it and share it in the gallery and you'll be entered to win one of three Standard Xoddo's that we will select on Halloween night. A "PumpkaXoddo" is any Xoddo that looks like a Halloween Xoddo. That's it!
It's your responsibility to make sure you have an active account. If you can log into your account, save a Xoddo, share it in the gallery and be able to see it in the gallery then you're account is "active".THE RULES: Contest runs till Halloween night - midnight (EST) Monday October 31.2011. Winners will be selected randomly from the qualifying entries submitted from October 16, 2011 through October 31, 2011. By participating in this contest - Xoddo.com entrants agree to the specific rules, terms and conditions provided. Winners agree to the use of their names being published as winners of the contest.
ELIGIBILITY AND ODDS OF WINNING: No purchases necessary to enter. Purchase will not improve chances of winning. Odds of winning will vary depending on number of participants. All participants must have a valid Xoddo account, and be a legal U.S. resident. Employees of Xoddo.com & it's affiliates are not eligible. If minors are permitted to participate in the contest, a parent or guardian of any participant who is a minor at the time of entry must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize. Xoddo.com reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of a minor.
PRIZES: We will be awarding a total of Three Standard Xoddo's (shipping included) - Each Xoddo has a retail value $39.95 (Xoddo + shipping).
HOW TO CLAIM PRIZE: Winners will be contacted via their Xoddo.com account, and will be assigned a Xoddo.com gift code that will permit them to claim their free Standard Xoddo. Users must have or create an active Xoddo.com account in order to redeem their code. Gift Codes will expire (90) days from the date they are issued.
RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Xoddo.com reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any kind.
